§ 1: All deliveries shall be made exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions of contract and delivery. With the acceptance of the shipment, these conditions are considered accepted at the latest.
§ 2: Contractual conditions or conclusion of contract:
1) After we - Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing) - receive an order, the purchaser will receive an e-mail (or other notification) with the details of the payment conditions. The purchase contract is only concluded when the payment of the purchaser has been made (prepayment) and the goods are shipped by Verlag Heiko Bittmann, at the risk of the purchaser.
2) For orders by credit card, the conditions of "WooCommerce" apply, at the risk of the purchaser.
3) Orders placed through bookstores will be processed on a fixed invoice and plus a flat shipping fee, at the risk of the purchaser.
4) Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing) and its authors do not assume any liability for possible damages resulting from the direct or indirect use of the contents of its products. Other claims of the purchaser, except for copies that show clear manufacturing defects, are also excluded - regardless of the legal grounds.
5) Minors are excluded from purchasing the products of Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing).
§ 3: Delivery:
1) In the case of direct orders to Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing), delivery will only be made after prepayment and with an invoice, to the delivery address specified by the purchaser, at the purchaser's risk.
2) The delivery takes place with order by credit card over "WooCommerce" after the conditions specified there, to the ship-to-address indicated by the purchaser, on danger of the purchaser.
3) Delivery to bookstores will be processed on a fixed invoice and plus a flat shipping fee, to the delivery address specified by the purchaser, at the risk of the purchaser.
4) The following applies to all deliveries: Items damaged or lost in transit will not be replaced or exchanged by the publisher Verlag Heiko Bittmann.
5) The ability to deliver is reserved.
§ 4: Terms of payment:
1) Generally, when ordering directly to Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing), prepayment is required. Upon receipt of the agreed amount, delivery will be made within 2-4 business days.
2) For orders by credit card, the conditions of "WooCommerce" apply.
3) For bookstores, the following applies: Invoices plus the flat rate for shipping and handling are payable without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date.
4) If the customer is in default, Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing) shall be entitled to charge interest from the relevant date at the rate charged by commercial banks for open overdrafts.
§ 5: Complaints:
If no complaint is made within 8 days after receipt of the shipment, Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing) assumes that the shipment is in order with regard to the goods and the invoice issued. Later complaints will not be accepted.
§ 6: Warranty:
Copies that show clear manufacturing defects will be exchanged free of charge.
§ 7: Remissions:
Remissions will not be accepted without written permission from Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing).
§ 8: Retention of title:
The delivered goods remain the property of Verlag Heiko Bittmann (Heiko Bittmann Publishing) until full payment.
